New firmware out for Nokia 5230

Now good news all symbian nokia 5230 touch screen smartphone users.A new firmware is out now previous was v12.0.080 of 20 Dec 2009 to v20 now.

Some features of new firmware are-
Enhancing the features of this budget smartphone to that of high end ones the new firmware includes
• Ovi Sync added to the desktop
• Kinetic scrolling is included in the
  main menu
• GPS allows for faster fix on your
  location
• Improved Music player
• Some of the existing apps have
   been updated
Add-on the operating time of the
mobile has also been speeded up (i.e. the time between switching
from one application to another)


BUT BAD NEWS IS THAT PRESENTLY YOU CANNOT UPDATE VIA YOUR PHONE.TO UPDATE YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE UPDATER FROM NOKIA WEBSITE(nokia.com/softwareupdater) AND THEN UPDATE BY UR PC.

Hello. Today I am going to show you an easy way on how to download games from

miniclip.com

and other flash sites. You only need an internet browser(any). So , let's get started.

First go to miniclip.com and choose a the game you want to download. For this tutorial, I chose Monster Trucks Nitro 2
Once you are on the game page, right click on the page(somewhere empty) and click view page source
A window will pop up showing the source of the page. Press CTRL+F and a "Find" box will pop up. Type .swf and then press Search. BOOM! You just found the filename of the flash game! In my example, the filename is mtn2.swf
Now put the filename of the flash game at the end of the URL as I did in the picture and press enter.like this
http://www.miniclip.com/games/monster-trucks-nitro-2/en/mtn2.swf
You will now see that the game loads in Full Screen. Now,to download the game,just open your favorite download manager and copy the whole link in. In my example the link is
http://www.miniclip.com/games/monstertr...n/mtn2.swf .As you can see in the picture I use DownThemAll (Addon for Firefox)
Now, once you download your game, you will be able to play it by simply creating a new tab in your browser and then moving the game file in it.
This trick works in almost all flash game sites.

Google Nexus 5 with Android 4.4 KitKat coming soon for Rs. 28999

The wait is finally over, Google Nexus 5 running the latest Android KitKat 4.4 shows up on play store for Rs. 28,999 for 16GB version and Rs. 32,999 for 32GB version. Well there is still some more waiting, the handset is not yet available but, coming soon.

Nexus 5 was in the news for quite some time, everyone knew it was coming and now its officially announced. Nexus 5 comes with a bigger screen of 4.95 inches with full HD resolution (1920x1080p) and corning gorilla glass 3 protection.

Handset is 8.59mm thick and light weight at 130 grams. Yes it does come loaded with the latest KitKat OS also called the Android 4.4. Inside the hood – its powered by 2.3GHz qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad core processor with Adreno 330 GPU clocked at 450MHz. There is 8MP rear AF camera and 1.3MP front camera.

There is on board 2GB RAM and 16GB or 32GB storage depending on the variant you select. Other features are 4G, 3G, 2G, wireless charging built in, micro USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, dual band Wi-Fi (5G/2.4G) a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, dual mic and GPS.



Non-Removable battery is 2300 mAh with 17 hours talk time and over 280 hours standby time. The Google Nexus 5 will be available in black and white colors in 16GB and 32GB variants for Rs. 28,999 and Rs. 32,999 respectively.

XOLO Q 900 and XOLO A 600 launched in India for Rs. 12999 and Rs. 7999

XOLO Mobiles has launched two new handsets the XOLO Q900 and the XOLO A600 for under Rs. 13,000. The Q900 is powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor and the A600 is with 1.3GHz dual core processor.

The hardware that is used on these handsets are already existing and been used on many smartphones that are available in the market. The XOLO Q900 comes loaded with 1.2GHz Quad core MT6589 processor with PowerVR SGX 544 (286MHz) GPU.




The Q900 is 9.9 mm thick and runs on Android 4.2 over a 4.7 inch TFT screen with 1280×720 pixels resolution, 1GB RAM and 4GB storage. The dual SIM handset comes with 8MP rear camera with flash and can record FHD videos. There is front camera of 2MP resolution. Other features are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. Battery is of 1800 mAh capacity. XOLO Q900 is priced at Rs. 12,999.

The XOLO A600 is also a dual SIM handset but powered by MT6572W dual core processor clocked at 1.3GHz with Mali 400 GPU. This handset is 9mm thick and sports a 4.5 inch screen with 960×540 pixels resolution.



A600 runs on Jelly Bean 4.2 with 512MB RAM and 4Gigs of internal storage. There is 5MP rear AF camera with flash support plus a front VGA camera. 720p video recording is supported. Other features are 3G, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi. A600 comes with 1900 mAh battery and is priced at Rs. 7,999.
